How to dress at -30°C / -22°F

Just a few weeks ago it was about -30°C / -22°F in Rovaniemi. Some new exchange students had just arrived to Finland. At the University I sensed that this kind of educational video would have been needed. And who knows, maybe we'll have the chance to enjoy the freezing temperature of -30 again this winter!
